Twenty eighteen has been the first full year for this little food blog. Cathy's Gluten Free was born late in 2017 as a place for me to share my wholesome gluten free recipes with you. I've been surprised by how much I'm enjoying developing and testing recipes! These were your top ten favourites throughout 2018.
A nutritious gluten free diet focuses on minimally processed vegetables, fruits, and clean proteins. Since I don't eat bread, cake, cookies, or pie every day, I offer a variety of recipe options, many of which are naturally gluten free. I favour recipes that are low in sugar, often sweetened with a little honey or maple syrup. In fact, organic raw cane sugar is as refined as it gets around here.
However, I'm beginning to sense that when you come to a gluten free website, you may be looking for good baking recipes. Considering your number one choice, it looks like being dairy free as well as gluten free might also be important to you. Am I right?
What kinds of recipes would you like to see? Help me shape 2019 content by telling me in the comments below what kinds of recipes you look for. Maybe your suggestion will become a winner next year!
Here, in reverse order, are the ten most viewed Cathy's Gluten Free recipes of 2018.
