Preheat oven to 350 F. Line four mini loaf pans or a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread nuts out on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven 4 - 6 minutes until toasted. Warm a heat-proof bowl at the same time. If the nuts have previously been roasted, you might want to take them out of the oven after 4 minutes.
1 cup raw
Transfer hot almonds immediately to warmed bowl. Add chocolate chips and sea salt. Cover with the baking sheet and let sit for 3 minutes.
2 cups chocolate chips, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Stir together softened chocolate to completely coat nuts. Spread out and press into mini loaf pans for bars, or spread out onto baking sheet for bark.
Chill to harden.
