Simply add all ingredients to the jar of a blender and process at high speed for 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

I recommend starting with one frozen ingredient, so your smoothie isn't warm from the friction of the blender. This can be either the mango, pineapple, or banana chunks.
This is a recipe that allows you some leeway with your ingredients. The quantities don't have to be exact. Adding a little more of any ingredient won't spoil your smoothie.
I tested this recipe with a high-speed blender. A smoothie might need to process a little longer in a regular blender.
