sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line four mini loaf pans or a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread nuts out on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven 4 - 6 minutes until toasted. Warm a heat-proof bowl at the same time.
Transfer hot almonds immediately to warmed bowl. Add chocolate chips and sea salt. Cover with the baking sheet and let sit for 3 minutes.
Stir together softened chocolate to completely coat nuts. Spread out and press into mini loaf pans for bars, or spread out onto baking sheet for bark.
Chill to harden.
