Cut
the apple, peeled banana, and carrots into large chunks.
Add
all ingredients
to a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Use the Smoothie setting, if your blender has one.
Notes
I suggest starting with less turmeric and building up to one teaspoon in this smoothie if you like a stronger taste.
