RICE PUDDING with cooked rice

- gluten free - dairy free - simple, real food - low in sugar - easy to make


 - sultana raisins - egg - cooked white rice - nondairy milk - cinnamon  - nutmeg - sea salt - vanilla - raw sugar


Whisk the egg in a medium saucepan. Then add everything else except the vanilla. Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Finish Up

When the pudding starts to thicken, remove it from the heat and stir in vanilla.

Serve warm Store leftovers in the refrigerator. TIP If you reduce or omit the raisins, reduce the milk accordingly.
