-no refined sugars
-no sweetened condensed milk
-dried apricots, unsulphured if you wish -unsweetened shredded coconut -full-fat coconut milk from a can -raw honey
Chop up the dried apricots with a sharp knife on a cutting board. Make them as small as you can, about the size of coffee beans.
Stir the honey into the coconut milk. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped apricots and shredded coconut. Then mix in the coconut milk with honey.
Stir everything together until it's all well combined. Then shape into balls with your hands.

Roll the apricot balls into extra coconut. Then refrigerate them for about an hour. They will become much firmer and easier to handle during this time.
